Yes, every timepiece in our collection is 100% authentic. Each watch undergoes a rigorous inspection by our master watchmakers and comes with its original documentation and a certificate of authenticity.
What is your shipping policy for international orders?
We offer insured worldwide shipping via premium couriers like DHL and FedEx. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location, and a tracking number is provided immediately upon dispatch.
Do the watches come with a warranty?
Every watch purchased from Debonar Watches Sp. z o.o. includes a 24-month comprehensive warranty covering mechanical defects, in addition to any remaining manufacturer warranty.
What is your return and refund policy?
We provide a 14-day return window for all online purchases. The watch must be returned in its original, unworn condition with all protective films, tags, and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.
